Terms of Service

• Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights• I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine is strictly prohibited• I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio• I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do• Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK• Listed prices are the base price. Price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission• Edits are allowed free of charge once the sketch has been made, after that further edits upon to the rendering stage will have additional fees• It is highly encouraged that you provide visual references such as photos or a mock up drawing showing how you’d like the commission to be done. This will help avoid any mistakes during the process

Payment

• I take PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle• A deposit of 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid for me to start on the artwork. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full for me to finish the artwork• If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch as been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost)• In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission at all, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed the artwork• If you are being rude, aggressive, or inappropriate during the commission process will result in a cancellation upon me, and I will keep 50% of the total payment

Process

• Working time will take about a few days to a little over one (1) month• Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me• Once I am finished, I will send one final check for your review. Two (2) minor adjustments are allowed for no additional costs, any more than that or the adjustment is major will incur to additional fees that must be paid in full before I can proceed to the adjustments• Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting. No physical product will be delivered
